Under the province of Ontario's COVID-19 Response Framework, businesses, including all those operating during a lockdown or shutdown, must have a written safety plan by law. This includes houses of worship. The plan is intended to put controls into place to help make the workplace safer for everyone. You must make the COVID-19 Workplace Safety Plan available to anyone who asks to see it, and post it in a place where it will be seen easily. This includes making it available to an Inspector or Bylaw Officer who is doing a workplace inspection.
